Kneading Machine for Explosives/Propellant Mixer
We manufacture Kneading machines for Explosives and Propellant Mixer using high tech machinery. Kneading Machine is used for mixing of high explosives which includes RDX. The Propellant Mixer is used for mixing the ingredients of the solid propellant used in Rockets.
We, E.C. Products have supplied both Kneading Machines and Propellant Mixing Machines to VSSC, ISRO, and others. The Kneading Machine, we manufacture is of 5kg bowl capacity. In our company, Propellant Mixer is manufactured ranging from 10 liters to 100 liters capacity. Other sizes also can be manufactured based on the customer’s requirements.
These machines have very high level of SAFETY. No electricity is taken near the kneader/mixer; only hydraulic hoses are connected. Some of the important features such as Rupture Disc, Pressure Switch, Pressure Relief Valve, Shear Pin, etc are also provided to ensure utmost safety.
